Farm guidance by phone, inside a development program
The problem
Smallholder farmers make decisions on water, planting and crops with little access to an advisor. A non-profit development program wanted guidance to reach them on the phones they already had.
What we built
We built an advisory agent that answered farmers on their phones, and the dashboard the program team used to run it. It ran within the program until the program ended.
