A health questionnaire turned into a conversation
The problem
Health-risk assessments are long questionnaires, and people abandon long forms. A wellness company serving insurers wanted the same questions asked as a conversation.
What we built
We built a chatbot on a conversational AI platform that asks the assessment's questions in a natural order, handles follow-ups and records the answers for the risk assessment. The client accepted it, and we handed over the code for its team to run.
