The problem
Before buying into a shared building, a buyer is handed a stack of meeting minutes, financial statements and maintenance records. The warning signs are in there, but few buyers have the time or training to find them.
What we built
We built the product and the API behind it. A buyer uploads the building's records, confirms the key details the system read from them and pays, and the API turns the documents into a structured report with language models and emails it to the buyer.
